Return Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund:
• Items must be in original condition and packaging
• Include clear photos of the item(s) for preliminary assessment
• Items returned damaged, worn, or missing packaging may receive a partial refund, based on our team’s evaluation
Return Instructions
• Contact us before returning any items — returns sent without prior approval may not be processed or refunded
• We’ll provide the appropriate return address based on your location
• Ship all returns with tracking and send us the tracking number and a photo of the shipping receipt
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Exchanges
You may:
• Exchange for a higher-priced item of the same type (e.g., strap for strap) by paying the price difference
• Exchange for a lower-priced item of the same type, and we’ll refund the difference
Shipping & Additional Costs
• A $5 fee may apply for missing or damaged packaging materials (deducted from refund)
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect
• Free shipping on exchanges (first time only); repeat exchanges from the same order may incur a shipping fee
Processing Time
• Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days
• Refunds may take 2–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank

If you receive a damaged item or something is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include a video or clear photo of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
